The Story Behind Kar-E's-Baskets
I started to design gift baskets that were, what we felt, warm and friendly, heartfelt and truly show appreciation. Year after year around Christmas time we would think of all the people/customers that have contributed to our success and deliver these baskets full of love and gratitude. Even though maybe a $200.00 basket was a drop in the bucket compared to what they did over the year, we felt happy to be able to show our appreciation and to acknowledge them for their loyalty.
Quickly this tradition became my most favorite. I would even start thinking about them in the spring and summer times. I started to give baskets for all and any special occasion. Mother's/Father's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers etc. Everyone was receiving a gift basket from me!! I found myself completely enjoying designing these personal heartfelt baskets and loving the reactions from the recipients. Also, being a full time Mom of 5 sweet and very active kids, I enjoyed having the ability to work from my home.
It was finally on March 1st 2009 driving in my car on my way to Logan Utah, I announced to my husband that I wanted to start my own gift basket company and needed his full love and support. He did not hesitate, and said, " you should, you would do great."
The rest is history!!
It is my goal to provide beautiful baskets!! It is very important to me that our baskets have nice quality items. I try to use as many items that can be used in home decorating or planting a nice arrangement.
Kar-E's-Baskets has been very successful in a short time and it is only because of such great people and word of mouth. Thank you to all who of our wonderful customers! We truly love appreciate you!!
